Hope on the Streets is Hope Foundation's 'street outreach' commencing early November in Brisbane. Equipped with a 4WD and 'Hope-ified' Caravan, the Hope Team make strategic stops around the city of Brisbane meeting women in the midst of their 'work' and 'need'. Read More

Hope Foundation are outreach based. Meeting women from coast-to-coast as is possible. They have just just recently begun a new connection day with their key support worker on Tuesdays at the Princess Theatre and Wednesdays for a new self-esteem group. Read More
