We hope and trust that this blog finds you all well...July has been an incredible month for us! We hope that we can fit it all in one update without overwhelming you! There is so much beauty around us, so much happening in & around us...grab a cup of something warm and lean in...
Christmas in July
On Saturday July 24th a committed team of brave and beautiful women gathered at the majestic Princess Theatre and set the table for our annual Christmas in July gathering. An opportunity to lavish His love and grace over the lives of the incredible women that we do life with by sharing a meal, blessing with incredible gift bags and sharing in a group painting! It was one of the most magnificent events we have ever held. Watching women choose the freedom journey, learn to trust themselves and each other and learn to love - there is nothing sweeter.

There is so much great stuff going on, I will attempt to make it clear for you!
1. We have 2 very major projects on the go at the moment, 'Her past is not her future' book and CD. The compilation CD is almost ready to be duplicated and the book is in it's design stage. The book is a collection of raw & untamed stories by brave and beautiful women - be prepared to be blown away - if you would like to partner with HOPE towards getting these projects from our hearts into your hands, please click here to email Bronwen
2. SPRING CLEAN FOR HOPE - on Saturday August 14th we are hosting a massive garage sale - clothes, bric-a-brac, furniture, books & more - here in Brisbane. If you spring clean through your cupboards & donate it to us then ALL proceeds go directly to the work of Hope. 3. Hope goes to Hollywood - our annual fundraising/awareness raising event will be held on Saturday 2nd of October at the Princess Theatre in Wooloongabba from 7-11pm. Tickets are available now for $30 each or $250 for a group of 10. Call 0433 170 263 or email TICKETS. On the night we will be launching our book & CD, amazing will share their stories, live music, art & photography exhibition & light refreshments. We hope to see you and all your friends there!
What is happening in our world?
1. Our CEO & founder Bronwen Healy has been short-listed for the Community & Government section for the Telstra Business Womens Awards. Her interview with the judges will be on Monday 9th of August from 2:30-3:15. Your prayers and support would be greatly appreciated.
2. Bronwen will also appear on the TV program 'Rise & Shine' on Sunday the 8th of August on Channel 9 in Australia. She was recently interviewed about freedom from shame. It is a powerful interview - you wouldn't want to miss it!
3. This past month has seen an increase in 2 areas - the amount of women contacting us for hope & help and the need for more monthly partnerships to assist with the growth we are experiencing.
